FITNESS FOR EVERYBODY... REFIT® is a cardio dance fitness format that uses popular and positive music. It incorporates toning, balance and coordination through movement. It is a great workout for people who are already fit, as well as people who are just starting their fitness journey. What sets us apart from other formats is that our instructors believe outward transformation is powered first by inward transformation.
